Hi Ciaran,

I'm sorry to hear that. In order to be added to the account as an authorised user, your Dad would need to speak with a member of our customer care team on 1901. You can make the call with him present and once he confirms data protection we can make not of this on the account.

Easiest solution is to just call them and say that you are your Dad
