I have avoided the app for a long time, but have a daughter who has a lot of friend who uses it and she has asked if she can join. I have avoided the app for a long time, but have a daughter who has a lot of friend who uses it and she has asked if she can join. I probably can't keep saying "No" forever, and would be happy to let her have it, but to let her know that I will be always checking it.

The OS is designed to NOT allow that.

Even if you're the best parent in the world somebody in their class will be showing them seriously hardcore stuff within a week of getting a phone. Protecting little Jimmy/Jane from the depths of the internet is a bit of a fallacy.
