Panning head for tilting head? 3/8

Quick question about fluid heads etc.

Bought the Manfrotto XPRO 500 today. It's great, but I didn't realize the head only has tilt action, and the panning comes from the base.

No biggy, but I imagine at some point I will want to detach the head to use it with a tripod or slider. Is there such thing as a 3/8" "panning adapter" that could sit between a tripod and this tilting head? If so, could anyone recommend one.

There seems to be something similar to what I'm looking for on eBay, but they're more geared towards photography, rather than fluid movement for video.

Many thanks for any thoughts on this.
