Are you currently doing works in Bay Estate, Dundalk?

I'm not 100% that it's Irish Water but it looks to be a crew doing something with the water meters in Bay Estate. My entire driveway is blocked as is my neighbours. A bit of notice would've been nice?  Do you not have to contact people living in the area if you're doing works that will restrict access to their own driveways?

We have a toddler at home (who can't nap because of the noise) and it would've been good to know you would be clattering around outside my house today.
