Writing Text to photos.

    Hi All,

    Please help if you can. I need to write various 'text' onto many of my photos and want the simplest piece of software to do this. I don't want software as complicated as Photoshop or Adobe. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Paint will do a basic job.

    Thank you. So how do I get into 'Paint' on my laptop ?. I have Windows 10. Don't know where to find it. Thanks for your response.

    Just click on the windows button and then start typing 'Paint'.

    Pixlr is a good web based program. Here's the link as they seem to have changed their website.

    Fairly simple to add text, there will be simple guides online on how to use Pixlr. But you just upload photo, choose the icon on the left with an 'A' and then drag the shape on your picture to size it (it can be resized after you create it).
