Yes, channels seem to be off air from either Three Rock or Kippure (not sure which).

Yep, seems to be Kippure. I'm getting nothing on channels 54 or 58. Three Rock is fine on 30 and 33.

Edit - Turns out it's a planned outage -

Due to essential maintenance, our Kippure transmitter will be subject to an outage totalling 8 hours between 08:00 and 17:00 over 8th & 9th August 2018. The relay transmitter at Laragh will also be affected.

Kippure is to get a height extension as part of the clearance programme, new antennas on the Kippure mast will be 18m higher, this could be related work. About 12 months remaining to complete all network transmitter work.
