Hi

Has anyone dealt with this company before in regard to Stove installations?

They opened a new store in Beaumont and quoted a reasonable price for installation.

Just wary of using a company without a recommendation.

I've used them for an insert stove. Not always punctual but I got over it!! Good price, nice job, the stove wasn't doing exactly what he said it would so he removed it a few weeks later saying it was faulty and replaced. I since found out that it wasn't faulty at all just I wasn't using it properly. I'm sure he's up to speed now on whether something is faulty or not, he's been around a long time. I previously used him to install a new fireplace, his fitter let me down and didn't do a great job when he did show up, he came out to inspect it, finished the job properly and refunded £100.

Thanks Virgo for the feedback.

I guess punctuality and tradesmen is never perfect.

Good to hear though that he fixed a mistake. That's all you need to hear really is that someone will stand over their work.
