Trinity Access Course / Psychology UCD

Hoping someone can help me here. I have been offered a place on Trinity's Access Course - Foundation Course Fulltime 1 year, which I need to accept or decline imminently. I also applied through the CAO as a mature student for DN720 for which I am a reserve candidate. I am really hoping to be offered a place on the Psychology degree. My question is: If I accept the Access Course in Trinity am I still eligible to be offered a place in Psychology in UCD should a place become available in later rounds? I think I should be as, in my opinion, the procedure for applying was very different and only Psychology was through the CAO and not the Access Course. Any advice would be greatly appreciated as the answer I got when asking one of the institutions was unclear.

I have completed the TAP foundation year course this year. I received an offer from another university through the cao and the TAP, so ye you can get an offer for another course. I am pretty sure if you accept your offer for tap you could still get an offer in second or third round, although i am not 100% sure
