just curious to know what prices do 5 storey georgian house in the city of the centre go for on the market ? and are there differences in prices if the house is considered a "SITE" instead of a building

Depends whether northside or southside. North €500k plus, south €2 million plus.

If it’s a site, then by definition it’s not a 5 storey Georgian house.
They will typically be a protected structure also.

As Kceire said they are protected buildings and as a result very expensive to bring up to modern days standard.

You'll never bring one up to an energy efficient home & spend big bucks trying. They are beautiful buildings though

hi the building i am looking at is on the list , so it is not a site ..correct??  i was told if georgian buildings are sites they go for little money ?
