What is the successor to the AA2+?

Longer term user (4.5 years) of the AA2+ here folks. Am getting a TV set up in the spare room and am going to purchase a new triple combo receiver. Can anyone recommend an e2 system similar to the AA2+ with more power and less flakiness?
