Damaged Shower Tray

    I bought a shower tray from -snip- , it lay on my floor flat and completely wrapped as it came for about 2 weeks until I was ready, but when I opened it it had a crack across one corner. I have tried to contact them to get it replaced but it is impossible to get them, the closest I got was an online chat at the end of which I was asked for my details and told that they would discuss it with the manager and get back to me. I have also tried phoning - it goes directly to voicemail, and I leave messages, I have sent an email, but have not had the slightest response, it's as if they don't exist. What should I do the get them to deal with me?
