Samsung J5 won't connect to wifi. Solutions?

    My Samsung J5 won't connect to wifi most of the time..
    I have the correct wifi password inputted into the phone. It will say 'Authentication error occured' or simply won't connect. Then sometimes, the phone will randomly re connect to the wifi network by itself. All other devices on same wifi network experiences no issues connecting. Then suddenly I get the notification "Your connection is back' after going hours without wifi.
    Anyone able to help?
