Having received an IW refund cheque in Dec 17, which subsequently bounced, I’m still waiting for a refund. When I do try to contact by phone (from England) the numbers quoted on the website are no longer active, apart from some ancient recoded message stating ‘very busy, etc, & refunds will be paid by November 17!’ I’ve now taken to the ancient art of letter writing to hopefully the correct address and trying via email with fingers crossed for a response within 5 days.
