Family Holiday - France or Spain?

Hi everyone. Has anyone got any recommendations for a good family holiday location in either France or Spain. We are looking to travel in the 2nd week in September. We have two children: girl aged 10 and boy aged 2. Thanks in advance.

What are you interested in doing? Also, if you go to the Basque Country (in Spain and France) you can go to both while enjoying really good food and scenery (and beaches) in the region.
