Can't find where the copper enters the house

I live in a small cul de sac with 4 houses all built about 20 years ago by the same builder.

Fibre is running outside our driveways but none of the installation guys can figure out where the copper actually runs in to any of the houses.

We can see the ducts running from the man hole to each house but we have all exhausted the search internally as to where the cable from the manhole runs to.

I have checked each phone point in the house, pulled the attic apart and can't see any evidence of where it goes.

Would any one have any suggestions as to what might have been done by the builders 20 years ago when bringing the duct in to the house?

Have you taken the front off the main eir socket to see if the phone line comes up from the ground or down from the attic?

The sockets on the ground floor seem to be fed from above .. but the sockets on the upstairs seem to be fed from below

I’ve check our attic and can’t see anything obvious and my neighbours have almost torn their house apart looking for it and can’t even get close to locating the cable

Do you have a stud detector it might be able to follow the phone line through the wall

I know it could find the metal in my phone line through the plaster. Or it might find the current if you ring the phone (i think the voltage goes up when its ringing).

Sounds like they are in the ground floor ceiling then?
