    Hi

    I sent the deceased form back and called a few days letter and told the cheque was sent out, I called again and was told it hadn't been processed yet. I also sent an email more then 5 working days and haven't gotten reply yet

    Did you have any luck? I've been at this since Jan and its really annoying me now. Can you update DBREN and let us know how you got on?
