    Archangel: Hellfire was released today as a free update for existing Archangel owners on PC.

    Finally a decent VR Mech game with freedom of movement.

    The free demo version includes free PVP matches, 1v1 or 2v2.

    The full version includes 4 player co-op against waves of AI mechs and also a death match mode. And a single player campaign mode which is on rails asfaik.

    It plays really well on the Rift, it's quite strategic though, you have 4 sliders above you to focus your energy on defense, attack, shield regeneration etc, which I totally neglected to use and got my ass kicked!

    It controls really well though, but I found one of the maps a bit too large for 1v1, it took us awhile to find each other.

    Definitely worth a go as it's free for PVP. the Sense of scale is awesome.
