Find out when fibre cable will be live

     Hi what is the best way to find out when the fibre cable passing my house will be live ?

    I tried ringing Eir on 1901 , but as I am not currently an Eir customer and don't have an account number I can't get to speak to anyone .

    I have the number on the  yellow sticker on the black fibre box on the telephone pole outside my house, if anyone could help .
