My upgrade pushed back

    Hi There,

    My last call to you guys I asked when my next upgrade was. Response 14thof sept i explained my phone is in bits and iI was told ok we will gibegive yyou an upgrgrade oon 14th14th of auAug. ..chanced my luck todatoday was toltold I would hhave to waiwait until nov.

    I know you cut backback on early upgrades but going back on your woword is not on.

    As you ccan tell frfrom my texttexts I'm iin a bad need oof a phone. I'm happy to cancel my direct debit.

    So boardsies....the outcome is; eir will not honour their word and will not process early upgrades even when promised.

    Not a happy customer. ...over 15 years with meteor-eir

    So.... good time to move then. You a brand customer for someone else.. so they might do a good deal. You got 3 months now to shop around.
