I'm putting in 2 bedrooms in the attic, I got a guy to put in the roof Windows.

I'm thinking of putting in another layer of Rockwool between the joists as the old stuff has gone a bit flat, this would bring it up to the top of the joist.

I need to put up two partition walls up and I was thinking should I put them up and then put the floor down so if I ever needed to I could lift the floor if needed
or should I just put down the 8x4 flooring sheets and them put the partition wall
on top ( running on top of the joist )

whats the plan for insulating areas 1 to 4 in the attached, making sure it is all breathable and airtight and incorporating ventilation baffles if required?

I'm thinking of getting the spray on foam but I need to look into that a bit more.

Anyway should I put up the partition walls up before putting the floor down ?
