Extracting funds from an all4one card.

I'll be getting an all4one voucher from my employer soon (I get all4one to give me cash for it), and I want to buy something online with it.

I'm trying to come up with a solution, does anyone know if this would work?
Buy a series of prepaid Mastercards with the all4one (8% charge, and €100 max value each).
Use the prepaid cards to make a payment against an avantcard credit card.
Use the credit card to buy the thing I wanted.

Will avantcard take payment from a prepaid card? Or does anyone have any other ideas?

Not allowed on Small Gift Exemption purchases which most employer funded ones are.

Sell it for cash to a friend, taking a small hit.

    One4All vouchers are a pain.

That's what I've done in the past, but I think this one may be a bit too much for anyone to buy from me. Especially with how bad their website is for finding out where they can be spent (which I believe isn't too many places now).
