Do many people use the snooze button and is it actually good for you? I wake up at 10 to 6 and hit the snooze button every 5 minutes until 6:20. Wouldn't I be better getting an extra half hour of unbroken sleep? I do love that button though...

Despise them, and alarms. Use neither.

that button is amazing. My relationship with that button may be the most meaningful relationship I have.

I set an alarm and snooze it once. I usually go on my phone for 10 minutes until it goes off again. In winter I stick the sad lamp on then. I slept through the alarm this morning but thankfully I have kids to wake me up. They don't have snooze buttons unfortunately

My alarm goes at 7:30 and I hit a 5 minute snooze once and get up at 7:35.

I'm usually more or less awake by 7:30 anyway and the only reason I have the snooze set up is in case I am woken from deep sleep by the first one and not at all ready to get up.

Never snooze.. Basically hop out of bed, switch on the hot water, trim beard and get the coffee ready to brew, put it on low heat for eight minutes, get in the shower, get out, dress, drink coffee, wash teeth, leave. Can be done in 25 mins.

I used to snooze and it wrecks your entire wake-up. I'd rather be sleeping.

Never snooze, hop out of bed the minute my alarm starts. My husband starts hitting the snooze at 6:45 and eventually gets up at 7:30, every single morning, and this makes absolutely no sense to me. I get up at 6am every morning so him hitting the snooze doesn't disturb me, it just baffles me.

Snooze buttons are for the weak. Just get your arse up out of bed already.

Get one of those alarm apps that makes you complete a game or have to get up and take a pic of something around your house to turn it off.

Actually... I need to install one of those.

Cant remember the last time i had to snooze or switch of my alarm.
It is set to 06.20 but it has been months since i last managed to sleep till that time. And that includes weekends.

Bonk them over the head, it's nature's snooze button.

I used to snooze for 20 minutes every morning but the wife now gets up before me so I usually wake a few times and then just get up when my alarm goes off at 7.

I find the snooze button to be self inflicted torture.

Alarm goes off snooze it *feels like you've dont one blink* goes off again, 10 minutes later.

Maybe the snooze button is a form of time machine but no one has successfully figured out how to use it.

I have like 10. In two separate apps. And a normal alarm clock too.

Can never be too careful :D
