    im looking for help or recomendations for someone to give me a solution to my need .


    ive a small business supplying a service to householders .
    i need a contact form online that customers can request or book my service for a particular day etc. i would also like to be able to capture the customers details for future repeat calls or logging job done ,dates times cost etc .eventually accept payments but not a nescessity to start with .

    id also ideally like a link or app type option on a phone screen as a few sales staff will be directing jobs to me and am thinking ease of access for them etc .


    i have absolutly no idea about this stuff, not my area , but hopefully someone could recomend a solution provider if its allowed ?

    I've used Upwork and was very happy. Upwork and PeoplePerHour are mainly for one-time contract work. Consider also that you'll need a hosting solution if you don't already have a website or server. Also, if you want to fix any problems or make any changes to your solution you'll need to go back and ask for help, so take that into consideration.
