Walnut or dark oak engineered flooring supply

Lads, im looking for engineered walnut/dark Stained oak ( not laminate) i need approx 70sqm. Would you know of anywhere or websites etc irish or non irish that are keen on price? So far im finding €60 or €70 per m2 and its coming in at about €5000 which is nuts. Might just have to paint the floor brown instead..... Id…
