No. You'd be doing well to get one at even half price never mind at such a low price like that.

If it looks too good to be true, it usually is! Dont part with any details/cash!

There are so many scams these days and some will be suckered into them. It's also very easy to get SSL cert as well, so they cant be trusted either.
