Read over job spec, research the company, know your cv well, have some examples from previous roles ready to use.

Best of luck! Learn a bit about the company and deffo have a good read of their website.

Don’t make any jokes, even if nervous! Don’t tell them you’re about to be let go.

As above... read every line in the job spec and understand it.
Write an example or 2 down of work you have done that is similar to every point on the job spec and remember them. Be yourself, also have a couple of questions prepared to ask them at the end... that will show that your interested.
Also try to think of what traits you gave that suit the role... why they should hire you etc.
    Best of luck.

A lot of interviews are now compency based now. When answering questions used STAR. situation/task action and result, use these to answer questions. You should be able preempt some questions using the skills they are looking for on job spec.

Apart from that research company and role and know your CV inside out and be able to explain gaps and when you have left previous roles.

Obviously depends on the position but have a few stock answers ready for give us a time you used your initiative in work, dealt with an awkward customer/manager, went above the call, messed up but put it right.

The most important things for contact centre roles are you will show up on time, follow rules, and are patient and friendly.

You're probably going to be asked a bunch of silly HR questions (what are your weaknesses, where do you see yourself in 10 years, etc.) so try to visualise these sorts of questions, and your answers to them.

    Good luck!
