    Hello,

Does anyone know how much it should cost to remove an old fuse board in kitchen, and replace it with a brand new fuse board in the hall?

    Thank you

The price would depend on many factors so impossible to say based on the limited information provided. I would say that it could be anything from €600 up.

Obviously factor such as the condition of existing circuits how far the board is bing moved, whether the mains cable needs to be replaced or not will all impact the price.

    True.

Also if meter tails need to be replaced then the cost will shoot up again. (ESB involvement may also be required.)

Had a combined fuseboard and meter cabinet.

One of issues with relocating was that ESB did not want their mains cable travelling within the building - it needed to terminate where it entered the building.

Was suggested that they would not facilitate a new internal location for meter cabinet so would have meant a new meter externally and accessible
