Laptop €550 Budget

Looking for a laptop, €550 at most as I don't want to go too far over €600 if I have to get MS Office.

    Must Have:

15"+ or bigger screen (I look at a lot of diagrams) 17"+ would be great, though not a dealbreaker.
USB - A port (we atill do a lot of field work in bad connection areas, so still use USB sticks.
Storage - Not an issue, 128 GB SSD is fine. I use Dropbox a lot in the office, so 1TB not necessary.
Memory 8GB would be nice, 4GB a minimum.
    Needs to take SD cards.
Speed is good, I don@t want it slowing down if I have 5+ tabs open with a couple of Apps running.

    Not Important:
Size, Weight, Optics .. Not bothered about any of these three
A computer for gaming etc. I don't play any online games.
Skype etc. I don't use it, I just use my phone.

    Work:

I use a lot of photos, Typical workflow is loading up about 25GB of photos and videos from various work sites and buildings, and deleting/editing them down to about 4GB. Some of these will have text written over with explanations on what they are. This goes to the cloud. This is done 2-3 times a month.

I also tend to get ca.120 minutes of video from various sources and need to edit this down to 2-5 minute chunks. Will possibly start using this as part of instruction videos in a Youtube channel in the near future, so will be editing text onto the video. Special effects not needed.

A Lot of Excel, lots of Word, lots of Power Point. Some us e of other Apps.

Dropbox is used for the above.

Would like to expand a bit to start to edit photos a bit better, as one of my colleagues is retiring.

We may be developing an App in the near future, which would be photo and map heavy, so would like the chance to be able to jump in and edit this as needed. I won@t be writing the software, just working on the layout.

Any suggestions, advice, pointers, I'd be very grateful.

One other thing, I know nothing about computers, but can Google any terms that you use.
