Two accounts in my Eir app

    Hi there

    I changed plan a few weeks back. 

    I keep on getting a bill for-€9.56 relating to my old plan and the old plan is still appearing in my eir app.

    How can I get that money owed to me and how can I get rid of the old account from the app?

    It's annoying having both of them in the app...

    I have two accounts in my app too. One is from a prepay sim I bought for my brother when he was visiting from America. He only used it field 2 weeks then it was dumped. That was around 3-4 years ago and when I rang up to get it removed from the app I was told it couldn’t be done. Can it be done now?
