Perl: Changing code that uses hash to array

    Below code i want to change from hash to array nbut cannot find a good example to go on. Can anyone advise, my only incling sofar is to use [] in line 2...
    my @subscriptions = ();
    $self->{'serverMap'} = {};
    foreach my $service( "pmservice", "saservice" ) {
        my $r_serverMap = enmGetServiceGroupInstances($self->{'site'}, $self->{'date'},$service);
        while ( my ($server,$serverId) = each %{$r_serverMap} ) {
            push ( @subscriptions, {'server' => $server, 'prog' => 'JBOSS'} );
            $self->{'serverMap'}->{$server} = $serverId;
        }
    }
    return \@subscriptions;
