Reconnection

    Hi

    We recently moved to an apartment, we tried to transfer the Sky broadband, but the KN engineer said the phone line to the apartment had been disconnected.

    How do we go about getting reconnected in order to avail of broadband ?

    I don't know where the communication hub is in the apartment.

    Hi Barry, 

    To have this arranged with the other service provider, you would need to contact them directly and they can organise this for you. If we have to carry out work, they should contact us on your behalf. 

    Alternatively, our sales team on 1800 503 303 will be happy to help you with this and advise you on all. They can arrange for this line to be activated with ourselves.
