Wedding planning stationery/spreadsheets

I'm at the early stages of wedding planning, and was looking at getting some sort of wedding planning notebook - does anyone have any suggestions of ones they've found useful? I absolutely love stationery so will happily look at some in shops but I thought someone might have useful pointers about what they should include.

We'll probably be putting together some sort of spreadsheet for the budgeting side of planning, I've seen that there are loads of sample ones online but I'd appreciate if anyone has found any of them particularly useful.

If you PM your email address I can forward on the spreadsheet I’ve been using!

I was given a very pretty little book, I put in my own dividers. Church - Venue - Music - Honeymoon - Dress - Bridesmaid - Other and I jotted down my ideas. I prob would have bought one with dividers if I was to pick one myself.

I'm using an app called WeddingHappy and I'm finding it really useful for tracking our budget. It will take a while to set up with all your info initially (vendor details, due dates for payments, etc) but I've found that it's worth it. As with anything, there will be many things that aren't relevant to most Irish weddings, or timescales that are a bit off (either way too far in advance, or cutting it fine) but everything they preload onto it is just a suggestion, and you can remove, add, or amend as suits you. It's available on Android and iPhone and you can invite one person to plan with you.

I used Mrs2Be budget spreadsheet template too. Trello was also good for keeping track, and doing the table plan

We're just using trusty ol' Microsoft Excel.

Most of our planning is being done online anyway, so it's handy to have it on the desktop.

I added spreadsheets for everything.. invites, rsvps, contacts, table plan, budget, honeymoon, misc.

Our venue threw in access to Moposa but we don't bother with it!

I used MoPosa a bit but only because it was free with our venue. The budget tracker was decent enough and the table plan part was very handy as it showed you how the tables could be arranged and then exported it to the venue

Google docs is very handy for this, just build up your own spreadsheets and you can easily share them and both edit. They can be viewed from anywhere and on any device which is very handy and can be downloaded to excel if you wish.
