Talk to the NTA directly: https://www.transportforireland.ie/contact/ There is an RTPI feed associated with www.rtpi.ie I presume in GTFS format, seeing as Google Transit uses RTPI.

Timetables are updated systematically and stop information is updated periodically.

There are issues with licenced services not operating or operating nor in accordance with their licence.

Thanks guys but as far as I can tell RTPI uses a proprietorial REST based JSON system.

And google transit seems to just uses (some of) the GTFS schedule for Ireland.

I'd emailed transsportforireland before without response but will try again.

So unless someone can tell me otherwise I assume there are no GTFS real time feeds operating in Ireland.
