Visit the interiors association to check which designer might work for you. There's a list of interior designer members on that website and you can click through to their websites to see some of their prices, styles, etc.

My sister paid an interior designer €500 to come to her house when she bought it.

She did up some very nice 3d mockups of the rooms on the computer. And all of the furniture in them had a price and a shop where they could be bought.

I think she was charging another €500 to source all of the stuff and set it up, but they did this themselves in the end.

When they were finished the mock ups looked exactly like the house ended up.

If I was furnishing a house from scratch I would definitely go this route.
