    just go onto the site and talk to an agent.
    Its by far the quickest and best way.

    Apologies for the formatting - can't post email addresses.

    Yes, getsupport is great if you need tech support/warranty support etc but if its customer service for Apple, and the OP wants to email, then it’s the contactus email address.
