    Hi Folks...

Just wondering is anybody on here working in Pharma as a Production Operator/Technician?

whats an average shift like in terms of your duties and activities etc?

I'm presently working in medical devices as an operator but fancy a change.

    Any feedback would be great,thanks!

Family work in pharma. Note two parts of production - active ingredient production which is medium / heavy industry often for a worldwide market and then the making of individual doses and packaging them, which is more light industry and likely for specific national markets.

Production Operator is a general operative position and could cover anything from sweeping the floor to packing boxes to loading product. In-house training would be a requirement.

Production Technician is likely to need either a few years relevant experience, training and/or some college.
