    The Lithuanian embassy is on Aylesbury road. You could rob a flag if it's hanging outside and cause an international incident. Or you could ring them and ask. Ask nicely though, otherwise their response will be baltic.

    Or get some red, yellow and green fabric and sew it together and make your own.
