Displayport to Triple head HDMI hub

Hi guys, i have a displayport to triple HDMI hub. I'm trying to duplicate my windows 7 display on two external monitors, these are big 42 inch tv's. When i try to project only one screen duplicates. If i chose to extend i get a signal on both screens. Can anyone shed any light? I used the same pc before with a vga splitter…

We had to change one of the screens and it had no vga port which i why we have to go this way now. Any help appreciated.
