Mine involves batter. It too me a lot of practise to get the consistency of the batter correct. I know a fella who owns and runs a chipper quite well so I got some lessons from the master :)

Deep fried streaky bacon, cover in chocolate, allow to harden, battered and deep fried (in lard) again. Melt butter and cover the battered bacon in the butter. Cover in icing sugar and allow the icing sugar to stick to the butter which has stuck to the deep fried battered bacon.

Jesus, and I thought my crushed-Taytos-mixed-with-peanuts habit (which I haven't indulged in years, but still hanker after) was as bad as it got.....

Box of donuts drowned in Maple Syrup with some Ben & Jerry's on the side.

    or

Lasagna sandwich, there is obviously no bread in the sandwich, I'd use slices of pizza instead of bread.

Donuts is a good one, can't beat a pack of fresh jammy donuts from supervalu.
