Cycling Clubs Limerick

So looking to join a club, in Limerick area.

Preferably one that do club spins on Saturday's and midweek(Tuesdays preferably).

Only back on the road after a number of years off the bike.

Previous level was solo spins of 60-90kms with average speeds of 39.5-31km/h.

But not back to that level by any stretch.

Late 20's in age, if that makes a difference

All help appreciated.
