How to claim compensation for delayed flight i took

Just over 4 hour delay on ryanair flight. Their form for eu rule 261 seems to give no option for one taking the flight. Aren't they supposed to give meal vouchers or the like? How does one claim Sorry for doing this is AH but need to get fast answer.

What was the reason for the delay? If its anything that they can't control you won't get paid.

The process is simple, there's a template online, fill it in with all the details. Send it off.
Ryanair paid out within 6 weeks for me.
