Bulls scour won't get better

about a month ago when there was a drought my bull looked dehydrated (eyes were sunken)+ very thin, so I put him in the shed and gave him fluids & hay & nuts - his eyes are no longer sunken and hes not as thin, but since then hes had very watery scour that won't go away even after putting him back on grass - Any idea what his problem may be and what I should give him?

I bought a bull a few years ago, got it tested and showed up Johnes, similar scour y and eyes sunken

Blood him for Johnes. If positive go back to who you bought him from

I will test for johnes, if it comes back positive can you get compensation/refund, etc. From the seller?

Not sure, but if he has Johnes in his herd he should be letting g buyers be aware of it
