Furniture paint recommendations

    Hi - I'm moving into a new place shortly and have picked up a few pieces of second hand furniture (table, shelves, sideboard) that I plan to repaint. I've been doing bits of research but a lot of the sites are American so the products aren't available here. I'm reluctant to go for chalk paint as I'm not confident that it will be hard wearing enough and I want a really good flat finish. I'll be sanding the surfaces and using Zinsser BIN undercoat to begin with.
    Could anyone offer advice on the best products or range that have a good selection of colours and ensure a good finish with a durable surface?
