Router to run a VPN on ( Vodafone ISP)

Hi all Looking for recommendations for a router to use with Vodafone broadband (DSL). Want to host a VPN server on it. I think I might need one with a good cpu. But also understand that not all routers will work with vodafone? Thanks

I would like to know this also but i suggest people will tell you to setup bridge mode with another router.
