Netflix not working on one tv

Hope I've this in right area! My tv (Sony ) won't run Netflix. It's been fine for 2 years and Netflix works on my other devices. When I hit the Netflix button I just get the black screen with the red circle giving a rotation then back to black screen unless I press the Netflix button again... Any advice please?

Hope I've this in right area!

Yip, i had similar issue with my firestick.
Did a factory reset and netflix went back working
