Plex and Live TV and DVR

Guys,

I have a Plex Pass.

I run Plex on my laptop and run the app through Xiaomi Mi Box.

(I also have a Raspberry Pi).

I am wondering if I connect one of these to my laptop would I be able to see TV stations on/through the Plex app:

Or can I actually connect it directly to my Mi Box?

No. It only works with the HD Homerun or WinTV (DualHD).

If you could decode cable it'd be superb but for me it wasn't worth it just to get Saorview. You could add more FTA stuff but that'd require hardware on the roof.
