Wildlife Camera Refuses to Work

Bought a pir wildlife camera from ebay but cannot get it to work. It will take shots but refuses to send them to the sim on phone and now im sick of it. Anyone here based in cork willing to see if they can get it working for me?

I know its the apn settings or smtn but it just will not take them.

Not a techie, so really need to give it to someone who I will pay to get it working.
