Burst absess

    I have had an absess under my gum my face swelled with it. I got antibiotics from the dentist Thursday today (Saturday ) it seems to have burst or something I have a horrible taste in my mouth and a mixture of pus and blood coming out of the gum. It is also very very painful

    If you have a collection of pus in your cheek, they can burst and leak a pus/blood mixture into your mouth or occasionally out on your face. It is most unpleasant. The antibiotics will only take away to infection temporarily and you need dental work to remove the cause of the infection.

    Thanks for advice going to get the tooth out as soon as the infection is gone
