Very large fish in the Dodder

    Hello

    This may be an obvious one but I'm not familiat with fish species...there is some very large fish in the Dodder between Aviva and Ballsbridge. They must be 2 feet longer, move slowly and they are in groups of 2 or 3. Mullets occured to me but it could be different.

    Any idea? I will try to photograph them this weekend.

    Edit: sea trout?

    Grey mullet? I've seen them in the shallow pond in Herbert Park. You can see them in the Liffey.

    There were loads today again, yes I think grey mullet.
