Good evening i'm emailing you to find out WHY i have no water today?
I woke up this morning at 6a.m. and there was no water, in my household i then had to go to work and i noticed a white x mark outside at the meter which was not there earlier.I then came home at 3pm and asked my neighbour is his water gone and he sad no,he said their were some men at it late on Thursday night.
So my question is WHY was i not informed or given any notice that my water was to be turned off? Is this the way you carry out communication?
And when we tried to ring we could not get through when we eventually got to speak to someone they said they pass us on to someone but ended up at the automated robot.Back to the start.
    Regards a disillusioned human being.

Demo it's not a great idea to post your address & phone number. There are all sorts of nuts out there. It's better to send personal information by pm
